a bit annoying that there was no cell service and the wifi was the only way to keep connected. the restaurant menu was somewhat restricted for dinner.

The suite offered a breathtaking view of the Ornsay lighthouse and the mountains, making our stay truly enjoyable. The Highland breakfast, featuring haggis, was exceptional and a highlight every morning.

Perfect cozy retreat
Had a nice stay in a charming garden room with stunning views. The onsite bar was awesome for food and drinks. Super helpful staff fixed our lamps and wifi quickly. Just a heads up, the wifi kinda sucks in the garden rooms and is a bit of a hassle. loved the vibe!

We had a lovely stay in the family suite, enjoying the gorgeous views and some amazing local dishes at dinner. The kids had a blast in the games room and we relaxed in the beautiful garden during our downtime. The only small hiccup was that it took a bit longer for service at the restaurant, but it didn’t ruin our experience at all! 😊

I had a great time at this lovely hotel! The highlight was definitely the delightful and hearty breakfast each morning, just perfect to start the day. having a cute miniature bottle of whiskey at check-in was a thoughtful touch. One minor disappointment was the lack of enough biscuits served with the cheese board during dinner. it would’ve been nice to have a few more! Regardless, I'd definitely return for another stay!

Spent two nights here. Fantastic views of the mountains. Enjoyed the local whisky and bar atmosphere. Breakfast lacked variety and felt rushed. Ideal for hiking and exploring nearby art galleries.

Great stay with friends! We loved the cozy vibe, amazing views, and having drinks in the dog-friendly bar. We also checked out Talla Duisdale Events for live screenings, which was such a fun experience. Dining at the hotel was delightful, and the staff were super friendly. Definitely a memorable getaway!
One downside was the slow service during our dinner on a busy night. It took longer than expected to get our meals, which was a bit frustrating—a common struggle mentioned in other reviews too.
